What Services Do You Offer?

 A physician script is required, by law, for us to conduct an evaluation. Our evaluation process may include standardized assessment, observations, caregiver / family input, and record review. Evaluations may take 1-2 hours. They occur at the client’s home. Afterwards, the occupational therapist will write a report that summarizes the findings and plan of care. We will review this together in person or via video / telephone conference. Cost: $100 total (for evaluation, written report, and review meeting).  

 The purpose of occupational therapy intervention sessions is to progress toward the goals the client and therapist set during the evaluation. Sessions are 30-60 minutes in length. They utilize various strategies to improve progress toward goal achievement and independence. They occur at the client’s home. An evaluation is required prior to the start of intervention services. Cost:  $60/hour.  

Coaching services can be used as a stand-alone service (instead of the evaluation and intervention process). This involves a collaborative approach in which we problem solve concerns together. It is less intensive than direct occupational therapy intervention services. While occupational therapy services are hands-on and in-person, coaching services are typically conducted in a telephone or video chat format. This is ideal for clients who have concerns but do not feel fully ready for intensive occupational therapy evaluation and intervention. Cost: $30 per 30 minutes. 

In-person or virtual trainings are available for individuals or groups who are seeking general knowledge about diseases/diagnoses, occupational therapy practice, or human development milestones. The purpose of the trainings may include professional development, as well as general knowledge development for the public. Cost varies depending on the intensity, duration, location of the project.
